Contact SANY Applications Engineering

Send operating weight targets, digging depth, bucket capacity, and Tier 4 Final requirements. The engineering desk returns class guidance; the field hotline dispatches FSEs when a contracted fleet is down.

Send Specs to Our Field Team

Company, country, equipment class, and project type help us return the right excavator shortlist on the first reply.

What to Include So We Can Reply With Real Numbers

Applications engineering can shortlist crawler excavators, mini excavators, wheel loaders, and telehandlers faster when the first message already carries site constraints. A useful brief does not need a full geotech report — it needs the decision variables your equipment manager already tracks on the whiteboard.

Machine & Duty

Target operating weight class, digging depth, bucket capacity (m³), breakout force expectation, and whether the duty is mass earthmoving, utility trenching, demolition with a hydraulic hammer, or aggregate loading. Note gradeability and ground pressure (kPa) limits if the haul road is soft or finished pavement cannot take steel tracks.

Hydraulics & Attachments

List planned attachments — rock bucket, tiltrotator, hydraulic hammer, shear — and whether you need high-flow auxiliary circuits. Mention ISO 4406 cleanliness sampling habits and known pilot pressure issues on the current fleet so we do not repeat a failed configuration.

Compliance & Logistics

State Tier 4 Final / EU Stage V / CE requirements, preferred delivery window, and whether a construction equipment dealer introduction in-country is required. For fleet PM audits, include hour meters, undercarriage wear photos, and the nearest regional parts hub you already use.

If you are comparing crawler excavator vs. wheeled excavator for mixed quarry and urban utility work, say so explicitly. We will return transport width, remobilization time, and dig cycle notes for both options instead of defaulting to the higher-horsepower crawler.
